Suspect indicted over fight with Ebizo | The Japan Times Online: "Prosecutors indicted a 27-year-old man Tuesday for assaulting kabuki actor Ichikawa Ebizo in Tokyo in late November, an incident that captured wide media attention.Lion Ito is suspected of punching Ebizo in the face in the early morning of Nov. 25 at a bar on the 11th floor of a building in the Nishi-Azabu district, inflicting severe injuries, including a broken left cheekbone.

Ebizo apparently fell into conversation with a group that included Ito and a former motorcycle gang leader, and began drinking with them.

Ebizo and his lawyer said in a news conference after Ito's indictment that he has reached settlements with Ito and the former biker gang leader, who claims he was injured by the kabuki actor at the bar."
