Noonan freed as panel rules gangster ‘can be managed’ - Manchester Evening News: "Jailed gangster Domenyk Noonan has won his bid for freedom.
The Parole Board decided yesterday that the 45-year-old should be released and he is expected to be freed from Strangeways prison on Tuesday. He was recalled to prison last week after an alleged bust-up with a driver.
Noonan was accused of going ‘berserk’ when a woman beeped at him as he crossed Hyde Road in Gorton on May 6.
He is said to have shouted ‘Do you know who I am?’ before hitting the car with a copy of the M.E.N."
