's Henry County Home Raided, Gucci Mane Cuffed By Cops | HotSpotATL - Hot 107.9 Atlanta's Home for the Hip-Hop Community: "TMZ.com is reporting that Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane may be in trouble with the law again.The ATL rappers were allegedly arrested Thursday in Henry County, according to TMZ .
The report said Waka (real name Juaquin James Malphurs) and Gucci were arrested at Waka’s home and that Waka’s mother said police were looking for evidence of gangs and drugs.
The website said unnamed law enforcement sources in Henry County said police were investigating possible prostitution but found marijuana and weapons.
According to a search warrant, police searched Waka’s home for “marijuana, articles, pictures, and communications relating to gangs and gang paraphernalia.”
Waka has rapped openly about being a member of the Bloods street gang.
If the report is true, the rappers are still in police custody. They have not been booked into the county jail, Major Jeff Norman of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office told the AJC.
“Neither one of them are here,” he said, adding that the last time Malphurs was in custody there was in September."
