Three Court of Appeal judges delivered their decision after defence lawyers challenged the convictions earlier this year.
Warren as well as life-long friend John Welsh (43), James O’Brien (45) and Jason Woodward (22) also lost appeals against their sentences.
The men were convicted last year of attempting to import a huge stash of cannabis into Jersey from the French coast.
All men denied the charges but were convicted after a trial. Warren was jailed for 13 years, Welsh was jailed for 12 years, O’Brien, for ten years and Woodward, for five years. Two other men – Paul Hunt (27) and Oliver Lucas (23) – were also jailed for five years. They did not appeal against their sentence"
